The Silliman University (SU) Office of Student Services – Guidance and Testing Division is hiring two (2) full-time Career Advocates!

Job Qualifications:
1. Preferably a BS Psychology Graduate
2. Preferably a licensed Psychometrician
3. Having units in MA Guidance and Counseling is a plus

Job Purpose:
1. Guide and support students through their career decision-making processes.
2. Assist guidance counselors in implementing guidance programs.
3. Provide career information and organize activities on mental health initiatives.
4. Coordinate assessments and training to help students identify their career paths.
5. Offer one-on-one support for students who need career guidance and connect students with relevant resources.
