SAITE Opens 100 Scholarship Slots for Contact Center Services Program

The Silliman University School of Agro-Industrial and Technical Education (SAITE) is giving out 100 scholarship slots for its Contact Center Services NC II certificate program.

This is open to high school graduates, 18 years old and above, as well as to all SU faculty and staff.

This certificate program consists of basic, common and core competencies aimed at preparing students in handling customer complaints and managing inbound and outbound customer care and sales services.
