Silliman Signs MoU for College of Agriculture with General Milling Corp.
Silliman University and General Milling Corporation (GMC) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that further bolsters both academic offering and services particularly at the College of Agriculture.
The MoU, signed March 22 by Silliman President Dr. Ben S. Malayang III (third from left) and GMC President Mr. George Uytengsu Young, Jr., who was represented by Mr. Joselito Parco, GMC executive vice president (fourth from left), facilitates academic and technical exchange and collaboration between Silliman and GMC. It also covers GMC providing technical assistance to the University in setting up animal science laboratories, and making available internship and career opportunities to Silliman students.
