According to the AYIMUN website, the conference is organized by the International Global Network as a “platform where youth mentality in leadership, negotiation, and diplomacy will be developed in a Model United Nations.”
Delegates of a model United Nations, such as the AYIMUN, sit together in an assembly called a meeting session, where each of them plays the role of a diplomat representing a country they are assigned to and must solve a problem with other delegates.
