Statement from the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs

On the account of the scheduled All-University Convocation at the Luce Auditorium,  there will be NO CLASSES from Kindergarten to Junior High School on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. All Faculty and Staff in all levels are expected to attend the convocation.  

Please be reminded of the earlier groupings of convocation attendees:

Morning schedule: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education with School of Basic Education,  College of Business Administration, College of Computer Studies, Divinity School, College of Law, College of Mass Communication, College of Performing and Visual Arts, School of Public Affairs and Governance, School of Agro-Industrial and Technical Education, and Institute of Environmental and Marine Science

Afternoon schedule:  College of Agriculture,  College of Engineering and Design, Medical School,  College of Nursing, Institute of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and Institute of Rehabilitative Sciences.

Schedule of assemblies and convocations for Basic Education students will be announced during the All-University Convocation on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

Further, a special conference with parents or guardians is scheduled on Friday, June 30, 2017.  The time will be announced in due time.
