CALL FOR 2ND BATCH OF APPLICANTS: BS Medical Technology Program
Please be informed that the Institute of Clinical Laboratory Sciences will be accepting the second batch applicants of BSMT for preliminary screening from July 24 – 27, 2021 through the official Silliman University website.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of STEAM/STEM strand
- Accomplished Online application form: https://tinyurl.com/ywxjbs6x
– Files to be attached to online application form:
a. SHS Report Cards: Grade 11 and Grade 12
– Math, English & Science grades per grading must be at least 85% and above
– Overall general average must be at least 85% and above
b. Certificate from School last attended For the Release Date of Grade 12 SHS Card or Letter of Explanation (for the delayed submission) - Application Fee: Php 100
This is open to NEW APPLICANTS ONLY. Those who have applied in the first batch do not need to reapply but will be included in the screening.
