SU produces 85 licensed professional teachers

Silliman University (SU) produced 85 licensed professional teachers who passed the March 2023 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) for the Elementary and Secondary Levels.

According to the list released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on May 19, 25 examinees from SU passed the LET Elementary Level, while 60 passed the Secondary Level.

SU garnered a 96.15% passing rate for first-time takers in the LET Elementary Level and a 90.48% passing rate for first-time takers in the LET Secondary Level.

PRC reported a national passing rate of 40.76% in the Elementary Level and 46.94% in the Secondary Level.
