SU ranks 6th in 2021 PH university ranking
Silliman University (SU) now ranks 6th in UniRank’s 2021 Philippine University Ranking, a step-up from being 8th in the 2020 list.
The top 10 universities in the 2021 ranking is as follows:
- University of the Philippines Diliman
- Ateneo de Manila University
- De La Salle University
- University of Santo Tomas
- University of the Philippines System
- Silliman University
- Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology
- University of the Philippines Manila
- University of San Carlo
- De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde
For the Philippine University Ranking, UniRank assessed 232 higher education institutions in the country.
According to their website, UniRank aims to provide a “non-academic League Table of the top Philippine Universities based on valid, unbiased and non-influenceable web metrics provided by independent web intelligence sources rather than data submitted by the Universities themselves.”
UniRank is an international higher education directory and search engine that features reviews and rankings of over 13,600 officially recognized universities and colleges in 200 countries.
Since 2005, UniRank has ranked universities using a web-based, non-academic ranking methodology listed as global university ranking by the IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence.
